Processing Your Order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 3-5 business days to ship goods.. However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Shipping Policy

We’d like to assure you that all safety and sanitary measures are being taken to ensure the health and safety of our staff members and warehouses. In order to ensure zero contact delivery for your safety, we urge you to choose pre-paid delivery options.

Orders placed at www.swayamindia.com are dispatched within 2-3 days from the date of order. Delhi NCR region orders are delivered in 2-3 working days from the date of order. Other than Delhi NCR region, we take a standard delivery time of 4-5 working days to deliver your valuable order from the date of dispatch. You can anytime check your order status from the user login option at www.swayamindia.com. We shall be happy to assist you. 



Return and Refund Policy

In case you are not happy with the quality of the product or the product doesn't fit your needs properly, you can simply return the product to us. You can mail us intimating about the return on mail: care@swayamindia.com or WhatsApp: +91-9999902222 keeping the subject line as order no. with order date. We will initiate a free reverse pick up from our end if the return request is placed within 15 days from the date of delivery. The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 4 business days from the date of request.

If the return request is placed after 15 days from date of delivery, the products need to be shipped from the customer to our office address: Swayam, 142, Mohiyal Colony, Sector40, Gurugram-122003. Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice.

In case, we have picked up the product, we will initiate complete refund or mutually discussed refund amount as per number of products returned in a particular order. 

Alternatively, if the you/ customer has sent the products, refund amount will be added with return shipping charges bared by the customer. Customer will have to share a valid proof on mail: care@swayamindia.com or WhatsApp: +91-9999902222 of the amount paid for shipping the product.

Refunds will be processed in 7-10 working days after products have been received at our office address. Refunds are processed through NEFT/ CMS/ Bank Transfer and we would need the following details for same.

This policy is only for customer in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customer due to prohibitive shipping cost.

Swayam reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns more than 3 times in a financial year.



Exchange Policy

In case you have been looking for another shade or you haven’t got the design as per your choice, you can simply choose any other product from same or different range from our website. You can share your thoughts on what to return and what to buy in exchange at mail: care@swayamindia.com or Call/ WhatsApp: +91-999990222.

We will initiate a free reverse pick up from our end if the exchange request is placed within 15 days from the date of delivery. If the exchange request is placed after 15 days from date of delivery, the products need to be shipped from the customer to our office address: Swayam, 142, Mohiyal Colony, Sector40, Gurugram-122003. Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice.

Once we have received the products, we will ship the new chosen products for customer’s address within 3-5 working days.

Any differential amount in exchange orders shall be notified through mail/ WhatsApp and will be adjusted accordingly. (If the new exchange order value is more, customer can choose to pay on Cash on Delivery Basis or can pay on advance as well on

If the new exchange order value is lesser than the order placed previously, refund shall be applicable and will be paid as per the standard refund policy of the brand as above.)

Exchanges won’t be possible in case a customized product has been ordered in that very order. 



Order Cancellation

In case you want to cancel the order placed mistakenly or you have changed your mind to buy, you can drop us a mail at care@swayamindia.com or you can call/ WhatsApp us at +91-9999902222.

In case you have cancelled the order and still you receive the same from our end, you are free to mention this info to the courier staff. Sometimes, cancellation requests reach the delivery executives a day later, hence they may be unaware of the order cancellation.
